Great location, it's set right by great eating places and excellent restaurants and cafes near by.

The staff has always been very attentive and exceptionally welcoming.

The hotel was fairly clean with very kind staff, it met expectation. The breakfast was plentiful and there were a wide array of options. Also, location was stunning and particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from Religious Art Museum. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

The room was functional with a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and coffee/tea making facilities.

location: the hotel was so close to a hill in san blas and the center of the city and the best restaurants and bars in cusco within minutes.

The staff at Atoq San Blas went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. When we arrived with altitude sickness, they immediately provided us with a variety of teas to help us recover. The hotel is impeccably clean and the freshly cooked breakfast is a great start to the day. The hot showers and room heaters were a welcome comfort in the cold weather of Cusco. The availability of 24-hour tea in the lobby and reliable WIFI were thoughtful touches. The hotel also showed exceptional customer service by contacting us through Whatsapp to arrange a taxi from the airport. Despite the challenges posed by the protests, the hotel extended our reservations and kept us informed about the situation in the city. The peaceful and safe San Blas location added to our enjoyable stay. We will definitely miss this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in San Blas. The location was perfect, tucked away on a narrow street close to the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to help with taxi arrangements. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. One detail that stood out was the attention to detail, such as the nice heaters in the room and the availability of tea in the lobby 24/7. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was fresh and tasty, a much better experience than what I've had in other hotels.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great experience at this hotel. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was amazing. The location was perfect, it was located just a couple of minutes from the main plaza with an amazing view of the city. We also enjoyed the spacious, clean and well-maintained rooms which provided a comfortable stay.

The difficulty for our driver to navigate the narrow streets to pick us up. Another was the challenge of climbing the long street back up to the hotel after exploring the city, but this was due to the hotel's elevated location, which added to its charm.

This hotel in the San Blas area is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in this hotel is outstanding, from the delicious breakfast to the friendly and helpful staff. The location on a narrow street in San Blas gives it a charming and authentic feel, and the view of the city from the top of the hill is breathtaking.
